There is absolutely no substitute for Montauk linen. I have linen sets that I have been using on high rotation for over 6-7 years and they all still look new. Many other brands wear out or get thin after a few years but Montauk is like one hundred year old linen. Very VERY good quality. Even the hidden zippers in the doona covers mean that ties or buttons don’t wear. Its great. If you are reading this review - you want to know if it is a good investment. I’m here to say, as someone who now ONLY ever buys Montauk, yes it is.
The valance is lovely but I was a little disappointed that it arrived in a plastic bag rather than the usual linen bag my other Montauk orders have come in.
We love the Moonlit Ocean Quilt - it is soft, but so comfortable. It looks elegant and fits our Bedroom decor perfectly. We have difficulties to get out of bed:-). I’d love to explore more of the same.

Looks so nice on my bed. I bought a King size for my Queen bed. Teamed it with 2 White pillow slips on my Euro pillows plus the coal striped pillows and 2 Marle Grey pillows and matching sheets.
Best sheets I've ever slept in...top quality...real linen.
